Ambu is a disciple of the enlightened master Osho; living and working
since 30 years at his International
resort (Pune, India). She has a Master's in psychology (U.C.L University
of Louvain, Belgium) and a postgraduate training in Sofrology (E.M.S.
Barcelona, Spain).
Ambu studied Kundalini Yoga, Dance and theatre in Paris (1971-1977),
where she was also guided by a Shameness, a " Woman of Wisdom
".
A sannyasin since 1977, she has been trained in Light and Energy Work,
Aura-soma Therapy, Hara and centering, Meditative Therapies and Consciousness
in Organizations at the Osho Multiversity (Poona-India).
At present she facilitates individual sessions, groups, trainings
and Meditation Retreats in India, Europe and Latin America.
